Modern Form Kitchens laid this stunning Santorini ash engineered flooring in Castleknock. The photos dont do it justice as it is a really beautiful floor supplied from Floor Design

We also supplied some wardrobe units, under stairs units and the skirting that was to be put on after these photos were taken before the room was filled up with furniture. We glued this engineered floor down so there is no need for joints between rooms so the floor runs continuously throughout the whole upstairs of the house.

Modern Form Kitchens fitted this kitchen in Greystones Wicklow in September 2019 with vanilla doors, solid oak worktop, acrylic tile effect backsplash and Belfast sink.

Balterio Oak Laminate in Greystones

We recently fitted this Balterio Oak laminate floor in Greystones in Wicklow. The newly moved in couple wanted to revamp the room so they got rid of the old carpet and skirting. i brought around my swatch samples of the flooring and they picked out the Sandstorm Oak, Macadamia oak and Coral white oak but decided to go with the Sandstorm Oak. The edges of the boards have the oak pattern on them unlike cheap laminates which have painted edges. The pattern on the edges gives it a realistic look to the grain and to the touch. The floor was in good condition when i took the carpet up so no work was needed to be done to that before laying the laminate floor.

The skirting was updated to 144mm chamfered primed MDF ready for the painter to do work his magic.

The under lay used helps reduce noise by 20DB and helps reduce moisture with a 100mu rating. It is a little more expensive but is worth it in the long run.

Modern From Kitchens fitted this office laminate flooring in Dublin 2. The area was 250 square meters and fitted over a weekend so not to disrupt the office

Linen Oak Wide Plank Floor

A linen Oak wide plank floor i fitted in Stepaside Dublin. The maple engineered floor was taken up with acoustic underlay put down. This floor was laid in one day cutting down the disruption to the customers home.

This laminate is from the Grande wide plank range that can be used in conjunction with other narrow planks to make up one wide one narrow or two narrow and one wide. This customer decided to go with all wide planks.

The 35 sq meters of flooring took one day to take up the old floor and lay the new laminate.
